• Integrate with calendars and third-party tools

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use our Services.

By using Stone Call, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your business
• All information you provide is accurate

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Stone Call operates on a subscription basis.

Plans

We offer multiple pricing tiers (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro) with varying features and usage limits.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You agree to provide valid payment information

Free Trial

• Certain plans may include a free trial period
• After the trial, billing begins automatically unless canceled

Overage Charges

Subscribers will be charged the applicable overage rate for each call that exceeds their plan's monthly included call limit. Overage charges are billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle to the payment method on file. Current overage rates: $0.90/call.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Stone Call to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Mislead or impersonate others
• Conduct spam or abusive communication
• Collect sensitive data without consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI Limitations

Stone Call uses artificial intelligence to interact with callers.

You acknowledge:

• AI responses may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for how the system is configured and used
• Stone Call is not liable for decisions made based on AI interactions

8. Data & Privacy

We may collect and process:

• Call data
• Contact information
• Usage analytics

By using the Services, you consent to this data processing.

17. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to Stone Call, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your interactions with businesses using our services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer support communications.

• Message frequency may vary depending on user activity and interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Stone Call does not send marketing or promotional messages without explicit consent and does not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
